一、即兴讲话概述

其实,我们每一个同志,尤其是年轻人都想在社会舞台上展示自己,也希望能说会道,谈吐有致,可就是嘴吧不争气.良好的谈吐可以助你成功,说话木讷令人坐立不安.

(一)什么是即兴讲话

即兴讲话,也叫即席说话.即兴讲话者事先未作准备,是临场因时而发、因事而发、因景而发、因情而发的一种语言表达方式.

相对来说,生活中的语言表达以即兴为多.如同志间一针见血的辩论,朋友间滔滔不绝的谈吐,酒席上要言不繁的祝辞,谈判时有条不紊的应对等.有时不可能拿着稿子去念.因此,即兴讲话对我们每一个人来说非常重要.如果没有即兴讲话的技巧,遇事则脑门充血,无言以对,颠三倒四,哼哼唧唧.

(二)即兴讲话的特点

即兴而发,针对性强.

形式自然,灵活多变.

相互制约,听说并行.

情感激发,诱导联想.

语言精炼,达意为上.

(三)即兴讲话的主题

主题是即兴讲话最重要、最关键的内容,是整个表达的根本依据.讲话时每一层次、每一段落、每一句子、每一个词都反映着一个意思,这些意思都要统帅于主题之下.因此,即兴讲话要寻找触点,临场发挥,及时提炼新颖而典型的主题.下面介绍几种提炼主题的方法:

1.临场发挥.着眼于临场某一客观事物的特点和本质,进行主观联想,立即闪现出一种思想,然后把它言表于外.

2.内心孕育.当开展调研或检查工作时,从别人讲话中得到启发,荫发一个新的观点,这时就成了孕育主题的素材.

3.问题凝练.问题是形成主题的摇篮.当你参加会议,大家都说了话,你自己正襟危坐,此时不说也不行,于是你就向自己提出了一串串问题,怎么办?说什么?怎么说?有价值的主题往往就形成于有价值的问题之中.

4.角度更新.对同一个问题从不同角度进行表达,使之更加新颖,表达出众.如:以小草为题,有人说“小草默默无闻,造福人类”,有人却说“小草逆来顺受,软弱无能,不思反抗”.

(四)即兴讲话的布局

即兴讲话要注意结构的整体布局.整体布局主要有纵式、横式、总分式、递进式.整体布局是考虑如何开头,如何过渡,如何结尾,主体材料应放在何处,次要材料应放在哪里,需要讲几个部分,是按时间顺序还是按空间顺序,是递进式还是并列式.

(五)即兴讲话的标准

即兴讲话是临场之作,不宜过长,切忌繁杂,防止罗嗦.即兴讲话应符合以下标准:

思维敏捷,反映迅速.

立意明确,内容集中.

条理分明,逻辑严密.

语势连贯,跌宕起伏.

用语规范,贴切易懂.

适切语境,话语得体.

生动优美,诙谐幽默.

把握时机,灵活善变.

(六)即兴讲话的思维

口语表达是思维的外化和工具.思维是语言的内容,没有思维就没有语言.语言表达过程,实际上就是把思维结果表达出来的过程,说话的过程就是从内部言语向外部言语转化的过程.考虑话该怎么讲,是一种思维活动,尤其是即兴讲话,是一个激烈的思维过程.它经过思想—句子—词汇—语音的快捷转换过程.这个过程是完整的,如果任何一个环节出了问题,都会影响语言表达能力.思维训练一般有三种方法:

1.定向思维训练法.是按常规恒定思维的模式.这种思维可以培养我们深入思考的能力,有助于养成深入分析问题,透过现象看本质的良好习惯.

2.逆向思维训练法.是反过来想一想,变肯定为否定,变否定为肯定,变正面为反面,变反面为正面.这种思维方式具有独立发表见解的特点.

3.联想思维训练法.是由一事物想到它事物的训练方法.其特点是一闻知十,触类旁通,使即兴讲话具有流畅性与变通性.

(七)即兴讲话的能力

即兴讲话是一种综合能力的表现,涉及到一个人能力的方方面面,加强基本技能训练,可以全面提高表达能力.即兴讲话重点要注重以下能力的训练:观察能力,记忆能力,分析能力,推理能力,机敏能力.

(八)即兴讲话的障碍

即兴讲话最大的障碍不是听众,而是自己.缺乏自信心是即兴讲话的最大障碍.为此,要从以下三个方面做好清障工作.

1.积累知识,提高文化素养.“知识就是力量”,只有用知识武装自己,讲起话来才能镇定自如,侃侃而谈.

2.大胆交往,学习他人语言.要大胆地与周围人、社会人、各阶层人接触,并主动地进行对话,从中汲取口才营养,学习讲话技巧.

3.自我调节,增强自信心理.凡是有发言的机会,首先要调节好心理,要敢于说话,不要怕,不要躲躲闪闪,更不要说一些“我不会说,说得不好”等“丧气”话,越是这样,越不敢说话.这样容易给人留下哼哼唧唧,唯唯诺诺的印象.

(九)即兴讲话的'禁忌

讲话时,变调失真打官枪,是普遍厌烦的事情.只有使用自然的声音讲话,才能真正打动人.同时语言表达要简单清晰,切忌罗嗦.否则会失去听众.生活中有哪些讲话容易引起人的反感呢?心理学家归纳为十二种:

1.抱怨自己的命运,或夸耀个人的成就;

2.喜欢扮演心理分析家,对任何人的言行都要评头论足;

3.自我膨胀,夸夸其谈;

4.拒绝尝试新事物,不肯听取别人意见;

5.言谈冷淡,缺乏真诚热情;

6.过分取悦或阿谀奉承别人;

7.毫无主见,人云亦云;

8.视自己为焦点人物,一副“舍我其谁”的狂妄姿态;

9.言谈时态度暧昧,模棱两可;

10.言词逞强,喜欢咬文嚼字;

11.经常打断别人话题,影响他人说话兴趣;

12.过渡谦虚,恭维别人.

(十)即兴讲话的要求

在口语交际中,一般听众处于被动地位,要使表达者与听众两极合壁,就要消除听众的被动、消极情绪.听众对讲话者的要求是:厌繁杂、喜精短,厌粗俗、喜新颖,厌空洞、喜形象.

二、即兴讲话的技巧

即兴讲话就要向白居易《瑟琶行》一诗中:“大弦嘈嘈如急语,小弦切切如丝语,嘈嘈切切错杂弹,大珠小珠落玉盘”写的这么形象,阴阳顿错,错落有致,发音响亮,平仄相间,轻重得体,高低有度.下面分话前、话中、话后三个阶段例证:

(一)讲话前的准备

1.克服紧张情绪.对讲话少的人来说,讲话前紧张是自然的,应该正视这种紧张作,全当是丢一次丑,再紧也得讲.那么,如何消除紧张情绪,有几种物理方法大家可以试一下:

深深呼吸—眼睛微闭,全身放松,心里默默的数数,这样可以使血液循环减慢,心神就会安定下来,全身有一种轻松感.

临场活动—由于紧张会使体内产生大量的热能,如果在讲话前稍加活动,双手握紧然后放松,让肌肉缩紧再放松,就会促使热量散发.

闭目养神—闭目用舌尖顶上腭,用鼻吸气,可以达到安定神绪,独自幽静,怡然自得的目的.

凝视物体—确定某一物体,专注凝视,并去分析它的形状,观察其颜色与远近.

摄入饮料—讲话前准备一杯开水,这样可以增加唾液,保证喉部湿润,也可以稳定情绪.

情绪转移—情绪转移也可以缓解紧张症状.英国有个企业家叫詹姆斯,因讲话屡次失败,怕在众人面前丢丑,每次讲话时那种紧张的场面就浮现在眼前.有次讲话前他狠狠地拧了自己大腿一把,突然感到出奇的平静,结果讲得非常成功.

大家好!

今天,我宣讲的题目是“践行《弟子规》弘扬孝道文化”。首先让我们来看一下这个“孝”字,上半部分是老子的“老”字,下半部分是儿子的“子”。引意为“老子靠着儿子,儿子背着老子”,古人用最直观的文字,向我们传递了“孝”的真谛。

所谓孝道文化,就是关于关爱父母长辈、尊老敬老的一种文化传统。最早记录孝道的,当属《孝经》一书。《孝经》云:“夫孝,德之本也,教之所由生也。”孝道是我们人类道德的最高根本,人类所有的教化,都是从这里开始的。

我们学习传统文化经典《弟子规》,第一篇是入则孝,里面有一句“冬则温夏则凊”,这是出自二十四孝的一个小故事《扇枕温衾》:汉朝时期,孝子黄香的母亲早逝,他知书达理,在炎热的夏天,他用扇子扇凉席子让父亲睡。冬天则先钻进被窝温热被子让父亲睡。他当魏郡太守时当地遭遇洪灾,他拿出自己的俸禄和家产救济灾民。人们称他:“天下无双,江夏黄香。”

孝道是中华民族的传统美德。不管社会如何进步,社会文明如何发达,这种美德什么时候都不能丢。乌鸦尚有反哺之孝;羊亦知有跪乳之恩,更何况人呢?孝道是古今社会永恒的主题,弘扬传统孝道文化具有重要的现实意义。

xx公路局这样的模范人物还有很多,市局组织学习《弟子规》以来,我局因地制宜,整合资源,充分发挥五楼会议室的多功能性,建起了公路文化讲堂,组织广大干部职工开展文化创建活动。通过观看视频讲座、集体诵读经典、听取模范报告等一系列活动,使文化讲堂真正起到传播经典文化,提升自我修养的作用。

今年,我局开展“牵手留守儿童共享幸福蓝天”关爱活动,针对中小学留守儿童,为他们捐赠儿童文学、中外名著、连环画等300余册,解决留守儿童由于亲情缺失、监护不力造成的生活、学习、身体、心理等方面的问题,尽己所能促进留守儿童健康成长。

当干部职工的父母生病住院时,局领导总会第一时间赶到,并送上慰问金,解除职工的后顾之忧,始终把职工父母的身心健康问题放在心上,真心实意为职工办实事。

我们弘扬孝道文化,积极倡导尊老、敬老、助老的传统美德,与边临镇敬老院结对帮扶,为孤寡老人送温暖、献爱心。让老年人在物质上有保障,在生活上有照料,在精神上有慰藉,使老人们颐养天年,享受天伦之乐,做到老有所养。

我们说,孝道是衡量道德素养的“标尺”,一个人只有有了孝心,才可能把爱父母、爱家庭的感情延伸到爱他人、爱社会、爱民族、爱祖国的崇高境界,从而担负起家庭和社会的双重责任。

我局开展了一系列的社会公益活动。

利用植树节开展“百万青年绿林汇”植树活动,树立“植绿爱绿护绿”的生态文明观念,弘扬传统文明,争当雷锋精神新传人。

利用路政宣传日开展“公路法宣传教育”活动,执法人员深入公路沿线村镇、农户等进行宣传,结合《弟子规》学习,将公路法律知识宣传到每个人、每一户,做到人本化教育。

利用劳动节开展“爱公路、爱家园”卫生大扫除感恩活动,争做学习《弟子规》的践行者。

综上所述,我们践行《弟子规》弘扬孝道文化的最终目标是什么呢?

考试完后总结固然重要,但是更重要的是找到新的起点,有的同学一次考试失败了就一蹶不振,我想这样做是没有必要的。哭完、发泄完就应该静下心来重新找到自己的起点,当然了,找到了起点后决不能停在起点不动,而要奋斗、前进。有的同学考试没考好,这时他就非常的有动力,列出了一大堆的学习计划,下了一大堆的决心,但是几天过后就又像以前一样了,又失去了几天前的动力。所以对待学习,我们要有坚定的毅力,如果还是一直像以前一样,不做出改变的话,那么下次考试恐怕又要名落孙山了。学习正如吃饭,而考试失败则就像是饭中的一粒石子,您总不能在人生中对知识最渴求时,因为一次的失败而放弃学习,正如您不会因为饭中有一粒石子而饿着不吃饭。明天是美好的。但美好的明天不会从天上掉下来,它要靠今天每个人的智慧和勤劳,只有今天的努力,才能换来明天的美好。“暴风雨过后不一定会见彩虹,但是至少会万里晴空”,用一个好心情,用一种平常心去投入到下一轮的学习中。也许努力不一定会有收获,但不努力一定是不会有收获的。

针对各个部门存在的问题,对各部门加以整顿,女生部的管理进一步强化,将各个班分配给固定负责人主管、主抓;学习部进一步落实,班会走进班级管理的策略,并对班会稍加调整,使班会的内容更充实,形式更多彩多样,范围更加广泛,同时也给各位同学提供一个了解社会,了解国家,了解世界的窗口。

我将把各部门的量化分数在原有的良好基础上提高到一个新水平,即“扣分酌情化,打分人情化”。当然这并不是打分时循私情,而是在坚持标准、原则的基础上,更注重实际情况,更注重灵活处理问题。

I am honored to be with you today at your commencement from one of the finest universities in the world. I never graduated from college. Truth be told, I never graduated from college. This is the closest I've ever gotten to a college graduation. Today I want to tell you three stories from my life. That's it. No big deal. Just three stories.

I dropped out of Reed College after the first 6 months, but then stayed around as a drop-in for another 18 months or so before I really quit. So why did I drop out?

It started before I was born. My biological mother was a young, unwed college graduate student, and she decided to put me up for adoption. She felt very strongly that I should be adopted by college graduates, so everything was all set for me to be adopted at birth by a lawyer and his wife. Except that when I popped out they decided at the last minute that they really wanted a girl. So my parents, who were on a waiting list, got a call in the middle of the night asking: "We have an unexpected baby boy; do you want him?" They said: "Of course." My biological mother later found out that my mother had never graduated from college and that my father had never graduated from high school. She refused to sign the final adoption papers. She only relented a few months later when my parents promised that I would someday go to college.

And 17 years later I did go to college. But I naively chose a college that was almost as expensive as Stanford, and all of my working-class parents' savings were being spent on my college tuition. After six months, I couldn't see the value in it. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life and no idea how college was going to help me figure it out. And here I was spending all of the money my parents had saved their entire life. So I decided to drop out and trust that it would all work out OK. It was pretty scary at the time, but looking back it was one of the best decisions I ever made. The minute I dropped out I could stop taking the required classes that didn't interest me, and begin dropping in on the ones that looked interesting.

It wasn't all romantic. I didn't have a dorm room, so I slept on the floor in friends' rooms, I returned coke bottles for the 5 cent; deposits to buy food with, and I would walk the 7 miles across town every Sunday night to get one good meal a week at the Hare Krishna temple. I loved it. And much of what I stumbled into by following my curiosity and intuition turned out to be priceless later on. Let me give you one example:

Reed College at that time offered perhaps the best calligraphy instruction in the country. Throughout the campus every poster, every label on every drawer, was beautifully hand calligraphed. Because I had dropped out and didn't have to take the normal classes, I decided to take a calligraphy class to learn how to do this. I learned about serif and san serif typefaces, about varying the amount of space between different letter combinations, about what makes great typography great. It was beautiful, historical, artistically subtle in a way that science can't capture, and I found it fascinating.

If I had never dropped in on that single course in college, the Mac would have never had multiple typefaces or proportionally spaced fonts. And since Windows just copied the Mac, its likely that no personal computer would have them. If I had never dropped out, I would have never dropped in on this calligraphy class, and personal computers might not have the wonderful typography that they do. Of course it was impossible to connect the dots looking forward when I was in college. But it was very, very clear looking backwards ten years later.

Again, you can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something — your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life.

My second story is about love and loss.

I was lucky — I found what I loved to do early in life. Woz and I started Apple in my parents garage when I was 20. We worked hard, and in 10 years Apple had grown from just the two of us in a garage into a billion company with over 4000 employees. We had just released our finest creation — the Macintosh — a year earlier, and I had just turned 30. And then I got fired. How can you get fired from a company you started? Well, as Apple grew we hired someone who I thought was very talented to run the company with me, and for the first year or so things went well. But then our visions of the future began to diverge and eventually we had a falling out. When we did, our Board of Directors sided with him. So at 30 I was out. And very publicly out. What had been the focus of my entire adult life was gone, and it was devastating.

I really didn't know what to do for a few months. I felt that I had let the previous generation of entrepreneurs down - that I had dropped the baton as it was being passed to me. I met with David Packard and Bob Noyce and tried to apologize for screwing up so badly. I was a very public failure, and I even thought about running away from the valley. But something slowly began to dawn on me — I still loved what I did. The turn of events at Apple had not changed that one bit. I had been rejected, but I was still in love. And so I decided to start over.

I didn't see it then, but it turned out that getting fired from Apple was the best thing that could have ever happened to me. The heaviness of being successful was replaced by the lightness of being a beginner again, less sure about everything. It freed me to enter one of the most creative periods of my life.

During the next five years, I started a company named NeXT, another company named Pixar, and fell in love with an amazing woman who would become my wife. Pixar went on to create the worlds first computer animated feature film, Toy Story, and is now the most successful animation studio in the world. In a remarkable turn of events, Apple bought NeXT, I returned to Apple, and the technology we developed at NeXT is at the heart of Apple's current renaissance. And Laurene and I have a wonderful family together.

Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick. Don't lose faith. I'm convinced that the only thing that kept me going was that I loved what I did. You've got to find what you love. And that is as true for your work as it is for your lovers. Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking until you find it. Don't settle.

My third story is about death.

When I was 17, I read a quote that went something like: "If you live each day as if it was your last, someday you'll most certainly be right." It made an impression on me, and since then, for the past 33 years, I have looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself: "If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?" And whenever the answer has been "No" for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something.

Remembering that I'll be dead soon is the most important tool I've ever encountered to help me make the big choices in life. Because almost everything — all external expectations, all pride, all fear of embarrassment or failure - these things just fall away in the face of death, leaving only what is truly important. Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked. There is no reason not to follow your heart.

About a year ago I was diagnosed with cancer. I had a scan at 7:30 in the morning, and it clearly showed a tumor on my pancreas. I didn't even know what a pancreas was. The doctors told me this was almost certainly a type of cancer that is incurable, and that I should expect to live no longer than three to six months. My doctor advised me to go home and get my affairs in order, which is doctor's code for prepare to die. It means to try to tell your kids everything you thought you'd have the next 10 years to tell them in just a few months. It means to make sure everything is buttoned up so that it will be as easy as possible for your family. It means to say your goodbyes.

I lived with that diagnosis all day. Later that evening I had a biopsy, where they stuck anendoscope down my throat, through my stomach and into my intestines, put a needle into my pancreas and got a few cells from the tumor. I was sedated, but my wife, who was there, told me that when they viewed the cells under a microscope the doctors started crying because it turned out to be a very rare form of pancreatic cancer that is curable with surgery. I had the surgery and I'm fine now.

This was the closest I've been to facing death, and I hope its the closest I get for a few more decades. Having lived through it, I can now say this to you with a bit more certainty than when death was a useful but purely intellectual concept:

No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to heaven don't want to die to get there. And yet death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it. And that is as it should be, because Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life's change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new. Right now the new is you, but someday not too long from now, you will gradually become the old and be cleared away. Sorry to be so dramatic, but it is quite true.

Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.

When I was young, there was an amazing publication called The Whole Earth Catalog, which was one of the bibles of my generation. It was created by a fellow named Stewart Brand not far from here in Menlo Park, and he brought it to life with his poetic touch. This was in the late 1960's, before personal computers and desktop publishing, so it was all made with typewriters, scissors, and polaroid cameras. It was sort of like Google in paperback form, 35 years before Google came along: it was idealistic, and overflowing with neat tools and great notions.

Stewart and his team put out several issues of The Whole Earth Catalog, and then when it had run its course, they put out a final issue. It was the mid-1970s, and I was your age. On the back cover of their final issue was a photograph of an early morning country road, the kind you might find yourself hitchhiking on if you were so adventurous. Beneath it were the words: "Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish." It was their farewell message as they signed off. Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish. And I have always wished that for myself. And now, as you graduate to begin anew, I wish that for you.
