在新课程标准、新理念、新教材的指引下，今天的英语课堂充满了辉煌和高潮。改革课堂教学无疑是课改的重点，本人研读了成都大学师范学院副教授陈大伟先生编著的《建设理想课堂———新课程课堂教学的反思与改进》一书，感觉耳目一新，眼前一亮，收获很多。许多教育教学思想、提法，都是我们生活在乡村小学的教师极力所追求的。
随着课改的不断深入，课程理念与课堂实践已逐步融合，《英语课程标准》特别强调了学习与生活的联系，注重学生思维、情感、行为的整合。小学生正处于活动的高峰期。把高质量资源片的内容融入学习过程是他们最喜欢的方式。那么如何活用“优质资源”，让课堂绽放异彩，实现优质教学呢？
结合自己的教学实践，我想谈谈自己的一些感受。
一、立足起点，在“趣味”中用好“优质资源”
从儿童已有的经验出发，在课堂教学中创设丰富的，与儿童生活背景有关的学习活动，可以使学生始终处于兴奋状态，从而积极主动地学习，使学生在师生互动、生生互动中学习语言，增进交流。
（1） 挖掘教材的活动因素创造交流的机会
我们本身缺乏自然的外语环境，在课堂教学中，教师要**光盘教学进程，更要看现场学生的反应，通过讲解、演示等方法创造出模拟生活的语言情景，让学生身边的事物走进课堂，使他们在眼观、耳听活动中感知。比如，在操练介绍某个人时用“this is mrblack”、“this is …”时，可让学生穿上大人的西服，打上领带来扮演“mrblack”和其他一些角色，虽然孩子们穿上这些衣服，看上去有些滑稽，但可以让学生体验到他就是这个情景中的主角，启发学生主动地投入到语言的学习中。在课堂上，我不自觉地掌握了学生的掌握能力，让每个学生都敢说、愿意说，让学生感到英语课堂更加轻松有趣。
（2） 把握学生学习兴趣注重实践
心理学研究表明，兴趣是学习的动力之一，学生学习的内在动力是兴趣。要抓住学生的学习兴趣，激活学习内容，运用所学知识。如本人在教学牛津小学英语5a unit 6 doing housework时，**光盘中的热身、做游戏片断，让学生看动作猜一猜，t:

如sweep the floor/clean the windows/wash clothes等，他们迫切想知道这些动作用英语怎么说，如何进行交际。由此可见学生们对“优质资源片”中的情景非常感兴趣，趁着这股热情，在学完suyang和suhai的对话后，我要求每一组同学仿照对话自编对话，让学生们展开自己的活动——make a telephone call，教师也参与其中，师生之间，生生之间创设互动交际的氛围，大大活跃了课堂气氛，成功地完成了学习任务。
二、重视实践，在“情景”中巧用“优质资源”
学习英语是为了交际，为了应用，只要教师做有心人，不断挖掘，就会从中找到英语教学的有效途径，使教师和学生享受到教与学的快乐。
（1）模拟光盘场景，在课堂上创建场景
学生只有在真实中才能自如地去交际语言，创设的情景要让学生有身临其境的感觉，这样学生才乐于用英语做事情，促进语言实际运用能力的提高。如：《牛津小学英语》5b unit6 a pe lesson一课，主要通过一堂体育课引出“按指令做动作”这一语言项目，本人在教学中灵活使用“优质资源片”中的对话片断，将自己的教学融入到主讲教师的教学中去，引导、提问学生。

在活动中讲英语，进行小对话、小故事直播，可以给孩子们提供一定的语言实践机会，激发学生的参与热情。如**光盘学习go shopping时，让学生来扮演shop assistant（售货员）、customer（顾客），即兴用英语进行交流，“实地买卖”，学生在各自的角色里全身心投入。通过这样一个相对真实的环境学生都能尝试着用英语表达自己的意愿，从而较好地掌握can i help you?

初中学生的英语学习基础参差不齐，给教师的教学带来许多困难。学生学习成绩两极分化严重，普英语学科分化问题更为突出。怎样帮助、指导学生增强学习英语的信心，变厌学为乐学，提高学生的整体水平，从而扭转两极分化现状，已成为每位英语课教师探讨的重要课题之一。通过不断研究和实践，我摸索出一种办法，就是本着整体教学思想，分组进行教学，重视师生关系提高自身素质来激活课堂气氛，用心对作业评语。这些不但提高了差生的英语成绩，也较好地解决了两极分化问题。
一、整体教学思想
整体教学是一种教学思想，不应单纯地被看为一种教学方法。整体教学思想是现代外语教育教学研究的重大成果，是社会发展和中学教育教学的目标对于外语教学的需要。外语教学和教研人员都应该认识到：整体教学是现代外语教育教学理论和实践研究的成果所确定的。现代外语教育教学理论和实践研究得出为众多外语教学流派所公认的结论有3条：
（1）部分之和不等于整体。
语言是个活的机体，不能切割成一块一块地去学。学习了某种语言一条条、一项项的知识，绝不等于掌握了语言整体。
（2）语言知识不等于语言运用。
语音、语法、词汇等只属于语言的结构体系。语音、语法、词汇等是语言运用的准备，但不等于语言运用。
（3）语言教学的目的应该是语言运用，而不是语言知识的掌握。
二、提高教师自身的素质
提高教师自身素质是实施素质教育的关键。教师在教学中，年复一年，届复一届地传授着同样的内容，很容易形成固定的思维模式，许多知识也会逐渐遗忘。作为“授业”和“解惑”者的教师，应该是一个自觉的终身学习者，在学习实践中不断发展创新。如果教师能把自己的学识与所教的内容融会贯通，课堂教学活动就会变得生动而有趣，学生易于理解，乐于接受，轻松自然地获取新的知识。
三、重视师生关系，激活课堂气氛
德国教育家赫尔巴特说：“在所有的东西中间，人最需要的东西乃是人”。人需要关怀需要爱，人需要得到别人的尊重和信任。师生之间也一样。中学生情感丰富，教师在教学中要懂得以情感人，特别是“差生”更需要教师的关怀、爱护。
教师在教学中，要借用表情、眼神、嗓音等非语言形式，让学生感受到信任和友爱。每个学生都有追求上进的愿望，但学生间总存在着个体差异，教师要主动了解他们的学习、兴趣、爱好等，有的放矢地进行教育，如在提问、练习中，可根据学生的能力差异分组
在调查了解摸清底细的基础上分组由于每个学生在学习目的与动机、学习习惯与方法、智力水平与接受能力上存在着差异，如果任课教师在教学中墨守陈规，这就往往会适成许多学生“初一劲头十足”，“初二情绪低落”，“初三放弃不学”的局面。到了初三，英语教师面对众多英语水平参差不齐且对英语失去学习信心的学生，真是弃之不忍，教之无策。只好课上教好生，课下抓差生，加班加点，辛苦之极却事倍功半。如何摆脱这样困境，变被动为主动？如何提高教学效果？于是我在“因人施教”、“因材施教”上进行探索。既然学生的英语学习水平有明显的差异，那么只采用面对少数学习成绩好的学生的课堂教学模式显然是不符合面向全体学生的教学要求的。课堂教学是学生掌握教学内容的主渠道，如果把大多数中差学生排除在外，势必造成课上损失课下补的恶性循环……
在教学过程中，作为主导者的教师应充分认识到：学生正处于心理发展的关键时期，学习状态极易受情感因素的影响。学生对教师的情感能直接影响甚至决定他们的学习态度和学习效果。为此，教师要努力克服情感因素对学生的负面影响，从根本上提高自身素质和个人魅力，让学生身心愉快地参与课堂教学活动，以提高学习效率。
四、作业评语与课堂用语是英语教学的两个要素。
教师使用课堂用语是为了提高学生的英语口语理解和表达能力，对于知识点和书面表达的掌握程度则要通过作业来练习和检验。教师多使用作业评语可以提高学生的书面理解和表达能力。课堂用语转眼即逝，而作业评语却能长久保存。在课堂上教师面对的是全班学生，在有限的课堂时间内不可能逐一对学生进行评价。而教师在批改作业时所面对的是每一位学生的作业，便于因材施教，个别指导。可以说，评语可弥补课堂教学的不足，是师生对话的一种方式。学生阅读作业评语是对语言的实际运用。因为教师在评语中所使用的语言是有实际内容的，即对某个学生及其作业的具体情况所进行的分析或评价，所以很容易被学生理解、接受或效仿。
作业评语所使用的语言应该与学生的语言水平相当。教师可以利用学生已学的单词、短语、句型、时态、语态、语气或篇章结构等，也可以用即将接触的语言。这不仅可以评价作业，而且能帮助学生巩固和运用语言

my thoughts after reading the catcher in the rye
the catcher in the rye, which was written by jerome david salinger, tells a story about holton’s two-day experiment and feelings after he di**issed by the middle school. he was hanging out in the new york city and seeing many ugly sides of the society. although he was born in the middle class and had good condition to live, to study or to work, he expressed his dissatisfaction either.
holton was a ***plicated and contradictory youngster, but with a heart yearning for beautiful life and lofty ideal. hating the headmaster, helping nuns raise money for survivors, caring his sister carefully, holton was really a boy beyond a protagonist in the novel.
what on earth made holton be***e such a kind of younger? in my opinion, there are three reasons. firstly, every person lives in his specific social background.
the book was written after the second world war, the american society and economy was waiting to recover to the level before the second world war. secondly, different person has different living conditions. holton was living in a middle class.
he don’t worry about how to live. so he had much free time to think about the society. and his education in the school planted the social responsibility deeply in his heart.
thirdly, the american value makes contributions to it. it emphasizes a single person is more important than collectivity, which is much different from the values of us. holton was also believed this value.
however, it is such a person that made me think. there is a sentence in the book, “a sign of an immature man is that he is willing to for a cause bravely dying, a mature man of marking is him would like to for a cause meanly alive”. in the ancient china, people were asked to sacrifice for his beliefs.
but in the modern society, it be***es different. we are taught to protect our own life in any condition. but as a soldier, we should also believe in it.

the beginning of the story from pencey school. pencey middle school is very famous and has a great popularity in people's minds, however, the hero describes the pencey middle school follow as " pencey is just as other schools,it can’t cultivate talents at all. and i don’t see any outstanding , intelligent and excellent students.

Wuthering Heights is a well-written tragedy of love. After reading the whole story, I would like to talk about the main characters of the storyCatherine Earnshaw and Heathcliff. Catherine Earnshaw and Heathcliff love each other very much, but they do not have the right attitude towards love, which leads to the tragedy.
In Catherines life, she made a very foolish decision---marrying to Edgar. In fact, her love for Edgar can never be compared to that for Heathcliff. Heathcliff is a man full of retaliation. He loved Catherine very much, but what he did, on the contrary, added to the misery of Catherine. In my opinion, if he really loved Catherine, he should not walk into Catherines life again after his disappearance.
