我进入大学已经有一年了，现在已是进入大二的学习阶段。我对大学的英语学习有不同的体会，在对比初高中的对英语的学习之后，我觉得大学的英语有很大的不一样。如今就我大一一年的英语学习谈谈我的心得体会。
第一
一个是大学英语主要是靠自己去学习，而不是靠老师，老师主要是去引导我们，而不是什么都会带着我们。在英语课上，老师已经不会像高中那样细细的讲解每一个知识点，而是讲重点，这样的话，我们在上课之前就必须要做好预习，不然上课就听不懂老师讲的内容，再有就是老师上课是全英文的，虽然有时候会因为学生的原因而降低要求，进行双语教学，但是大部分的时间里也是以英语为主，所以对此进入大学的英语课堂，就一定要先做好英语的预习准备，不然将无法进入课堂学习。
第二
一个是大学我们学英语要重视口语，大学毕业之后是要进入社会的，那么对于英语的要求，肯定是口语要重要一些，初高中我们学英语主要是用于考试，所以口语不是很重视，主要是笔试，但是大学就不一样了，老师上课讲的是英语，那么我们在回答问题的时候也是英语，所以口语就很重要了。因此在进入大学后，对于英语口语的学习，我们可以跟同学一起合作，在课下的时候自己去写一些对话，然后两个人或者几个人一起配合练习，当练习的多了，自然就熟能生巧了，就能把口语给练习好，在与别人进行英语对话时，就不会没有语言去组织了。
第三
一个大学英语一定要去重视英语单词的积累，单词是英语的基础，没有这个基础，是很难学好的，因为单词要是没有很多，就没办法去进行语言的.转化了。所以在大学，对英语单词的学习依旧不能懈怠，反而是更加重视。当单词积累的多了，不管是口语还是笔试，都不会太差，至少这个基础是在的。每天都背记一些单词，慢慢的就会积累起来了，相信到后面一定会有很大的收获的。
大学英语不难，但是也不简单，主要还是自己要去认真对待，努力的学习，这一门语言一样可以学得很好。经过了一年的英语学习，我已经收获一些学习经验，也慢慢的形成自己的学习方法，我相信在之后的学习中，我的英语会学习的更加好。

暑期有幸拜读了王蔷教授著作《小学英语分级阅读教学》，深受启发和鼓舞。
良好的阅读素养是21世纪核心素养的重要部分，但是只靠英语教材进行阅读教学是无法培养小学英语阅读素养的。在平时的教学中我发现教材单元后的`故事过度地关注结构，强调语言知识点，可以说故事本身语言脱离生活，不真实也不够有趣。英语绘本是一个很好的补充，弥补教材的不足。而分级阅读根据读者的阅读水平和读物特点匹配，绘本独立成书，具有完整的图书构成，能让学生有完整的阅读体验。
那么作为一线的英语课堂实践者，怎样在平时教学中培养学生阅读绘本呢?书中也介绍了几种经典的教学模式和途径。其中最让我感慨的是持续默读的阅读方式，简单地说是教师和学生在一起每天特定时间段(5-15分钟)不受其他事情的干扰自主默读，且读后不进行检测或报告。研究提示:一个学期下来持续默读对学生阅读能力有积极影响，研究者借用期末阅读题成绩对照，持续默读的班级学生成绩明显高于普通班级。大量接触高质量绘本之能提高学生的阅读理解和答题能力，最重要的是学生在阅读中体会到乐趣，渐渐在书中找到“黄金屋”，所谓“中心喜悦，则其进自不能己”。
有机会我还要再细读这本好书，将书中言语化为实际，带领孩子们进入英语绘本的世界，见证孩子的成长。“英语的奇迹属于孩子，孩子的奇迹超越英语”。

为了提高小学英语阅读教学水平，芦溪县教育于10月14号上午举办了小学英语阅读教学专题研讨会。本次活动旨在更好地探讨小学英语阅读教学策略，学习先进的阅读教学模式，提升课堂教学质量。我有幸参加了这次学习。
这个学期,我担任小学英语六年级、三年级的教学。英语阅读教学，本来就是件难事。针对小学生，就是难上加难。PEP教材结构从对话开始，在简单的问答上开始累积知识点。在学生的潜意识里，英语就是你问我答，从没把整体的阅读放在重要的位置，以至于他们见阅读就害怕。作为老师，我也有这样的恐惧感。阅读教学不知从何下手？看惯了师生之间的互动，阅读教学老师们都从对话入手，在对话中解决问题，殊不知我们竟忽略了阅读的目的Reading,把读远远地甩在了课的最后环节。
在听完周汝芳老师六年级的阅读课和吴小莲老师四年级的读写课之后，我受益匪浅，对小学英语阅读教学有了更进一步的了解。
新型的阅读课要求将阅读看作是提高英语水平的途径，强调学生通过阅读巩固语言知识，通过阅读来学习英语。所以在教学过程中，应注重培养学生的自主阅读能力。而我在这方面是有所欠缺的，该给学生更多的自主空间，而不是赤裸裸的将生词教授给学生。老师可在学生阅读之前及时给学生提供有关课文内容的背景知识材料，指导学生预习。不主张老师包揽一切，象教词汇、句型那样面面俱到，培养学生的自主学习能力在阅读教学中很重要，让学生们自己根据上下文猜意，理解。让他们根据老师所设置的任务寻找信息，记录一些有用的词语等。以上这些能力的获得都离不开老师的.悉心启发与指导，比如：怎么让学生忽略一些生词寻找出关键词句，怎么在书上做各种标记，怎么根据上下文猜意，怎么推测结果等等。当学生获得了这些学习策略，他们的阅读能力自然也会随之水涨船高。
培养学生的自主学习能力并不等于什么都得让学生独立操作，有些难度较高的阅读篇章可以让同桌或在小组成员一起合作完成。但是小学生的阅读能力毕竟十分有限，因为他们的语言量小。老师对阅读方式的指导直接影响到他们对阅读的兴趣与信心。老师可对一篇阅读材料设置几个有针对性的任务，先设置最简单的任务，学生粗粗浏览一遍就可以找到答案，然后逐步增加难度，在完成教师精心设置的任务的过程中，学生从粗略地阅读逐步进展到精细地读，直至读懂，读透全文，最后学生的感觉是凭自己的能力找到各种信息与答案，让学生对阅读有成就感，从而激发他们阅读的兴趣。
在阅读的过程中，学生随时可以向教师提问，请求帮助。通过略读和细读的结合，每名学生都能透彻理解全文。如果效率高，速度快，余下的时间还可以进行朗读比赛或创造性表演。
老师也可通过情景创设引导学生学习语言，真实自然的语境的创设，贴近学生生活，更利于激活学生参与学习的热情。
听完这堂阅读课后感觉有些方向，但实施起来仍然有些棘手。小学英语阅读教学是一个新生事物，还需要我们不断去实践、去研究。作为小学英语老师，我深深体会自己责任重大，也看到了自己的不足。在以后的教学中我一定要勤于反思和总结，也只有这样才能不断提高自己的教学水平。充分发挥阅读教学的作用，培养学生良好的阅读习惯、为学生的终身发展奠定基础。

Thoughts or reflections on reading Wuthering Heights
The book was written by Emily Bronte， it published in 1847.But at that time， it seemed to hold little promise， selling very poorly and receiving only a few mixed reviews. I found this in our school library， I chose this book because the title attracted me. The book is structured around two parallel love stories， the first half of the novel centering on the love between Catherine and Heathcliff， while the less dramatic second half features the developing love between young Catherine and Hareton. In contrast to the first， the latter tale ends happily， restoring peace and order to Wuthering Heights and Thrushcross Grange. In the story， the two houses， Wuthering Heights and Thrushcross Grange， represent opposing worlds and values.
I spent twenty days reading this book. After reading this book， I felt for Heathcliff at first. Heathcliff begins his life as a homeless orphan on the streets of Liverpool， and then he tyrannized by Hindley Earnshaw. But he bees a villain when he acquires power and returns to Wuthering Heights with money and the trappings of a gentleman. His malevolence proves so great and long—lasting. As he himself points out， his abuse of Isabella—his wife is purely sadistic， as he amuses himself by seeing how much abuse she can take and still e cringing back for more.
Catherine represents wild nature， in both her high， lively spirits and her occasional cruelty. She loves Heathcliff so intensely that she claims they are the same person. However， her actions are driven in part by her social ambitions， which initially are awakened during her first stay at the Lintons， and which eventually pel her to marry Edgar. Catherine is free—spirited， beautiful， spoiled， and often arrogant， she is given to fits of temper， and she is torn between her both of the men who love her. The location of her coffin symbolizes the conflict that tears apart her short life. She is buried in a corner of the Kirkyard. In contrast to Catherine， Isabella Linton—Catherine’s sister—in—law represents culture and civilization， both in her refinement and in her weakness. Ultimately， she ruins her life by falling in love with Heathcliff. He never returns her feelings and treats her as a meretool in his quest for revenge on the Linton family.
Just as Isabella Linton serves as Catherine’s foil， Edgar Linton serves as Heathcliff’s. Edgar grows into a tender， constant， but cowardly man. He is almost the ideal gentleman. However， this full assortment of gentlemanly characteristics， along with his civilized virtues， proves useless in Edgar’s clashes with his foil. He sees his wife obviously in love with another man but unable to do anything to rectify the situation. Heathcliff， who gains power over his wife， sister ， and daughter.
The whole story make people’s mood heavy. Fortunately， the end is happy.
The author Emily Bronte lived an eccentric， closely guarded life. She was born in 1818， two years after Charlotte—the author of Jane Eyre and a year and a half before her sister Anne， who also became an author. Her father worked as a church rector， and her aunt， who raised the Bronte children after their mother died， was deeply religious. Emily Bronte did not take to her aunt’s Christian fervor， the character of Joseph， a caricature of an evangelical， may have been inspired by her aunt’s religiosity. The Brontes lived in Haworth， a Yorkshire village in the midst of the moors. These wild， desolate expanses—later the setting of Wuthering Heights—made up the Brontes daily environment， and Emily lived among them her entire life. She died in 1848， at the age of thirty.
I like this book because it rest on the unforgettable characters. Wuthering Heights is based partly on the Gothic tradition， a style of literature that featured supernatural encounters， crumbling ruins， moonless nights， and grotesque imagery， seeking to create effects of mystery and fear. I would like to remend this book to other readers.

看了石家庄市第十九中学范老师和石家庄实验中学张老师的英语阅读示范课，我受益颇深。特别是在河北省石家庄市第一中学纪文华老师的课例评析后，我对这两节课有了一个更深刻的认识。任何一节课都不可能是十全十美的，但有所侧重，学生有所得，有所思，有所获，便堪称完美。
众所周知，高中英语阅读教学涉及的不仅是学生能力的培养，更牵动着学生的注意力，观察力，毅力及兴趣动机，情感的`众多心理素质和思想道德艺术审美等社会文化素质，调动学生学习的主观能动性必不可少。
通常，我会用一个视频来导入新课，在吸引学生们注意力的同时，从视频中提取信息引出课文中的思考。范艳娜老师通过汶川地震的图片加音乐的插入，通过自己的语言让同学们仿拂置身于那个处境，值得我的学习。
课上教师说的每一句话都应该有所用，有所指，提问一定要由表及里，循序渐进，主要目的便是激发学生的主体思维。此外学习的主动权在学生手中，教师的任务就是引导学生学会学习，学生只有掌握了科学有效的学习方法，接受新知识，才能举一反三，触类旁通，更好的做到知识的迁移，并使学生终身受益。
在我教英语阅读的过程中，我注意到学生们的词汇量较少，语言实践量也不多，归纳理解能力稍有欠缺。在以后的教学中，我一定会。指导学生认真预习，鼓励学生踊跃参与培养学生的归纳理解能力，除此之外一定要增加语言的实践量，延伸英语阅读空间，让学生们在阅读中体会到学习的乐趣。

首先，我谈一下大学学习与初高中学习的不同之处。大学阶段的学习不再像是中学阶段那样，依靠老师填鸭式的教学，学生完全处在被动的位置。而在大学，老师的任务只是引你入门，真正能学多少，则要看你自己的兴趣以及自己的努力程度。因此，大学生应该成为课堂的主人，自己主宰着自己的学习，养成一种良好的学习方法和学习习惯，就显得尤为重要，也很有必要。同时，《大学英语》课程的设立与高中英语有着明显的不同，《大学英语》开设了两门课，一门是英语读写译，一门是视听说。也就是说，大学英语不像我们中学那样仅仅学习单词和语法知识，甚至大学老师在课堂上几乎不讲授语法知识，单词也是自己课下有计划的记忆，没有人约束；而视听说课则侧重于英语表达能力，锤炼你的发音、语调。中学英语学习注重于读写，而大学英语注重于听说。
其次，大学的学习方法不可能像中学那样，为了应试不断在搞题海战术，大学生要有一个清晰地学习目标与思路。
那么，我们怎样才能把大学阶段的英语学好呢？我的经验和体会可以归纳为以下几点：
一、充分利用教材，搞好课前预习
教材是诸多学者专家经很多年教学与摸索而精心编写出来的，因此我们要把现在用的教材用实、用透、用精。在此，我非常重视教材的利用。课前要预习课文。通读一遍，了解大概意思，抓住主题，确定方向。单词表记忆，记忆单词意思，记忆英语解释，记忆单词词性。通读第二遍，有意识的将单词的含义带入，看看能加强理解多少，同时是对单词的加强记忆。通读第三遍，划分段落结构，思考文章的构思方法，以及符合英语文章中的哪种结构类型，总结归纳，并有意识的应用在你以后的写作中。
二、集中精力，认真听课
认真对待每一堂课，有人说“学生是课堂的主人”，而我却想说课堂是学生的保护神。在大学，你不可能把全部的精力都用在学习上，要参加活动，要处理自己的一些日常事务，或者勤工俭学，要锻炼自己的综合素质等等。这就需要我们把这课堂这50分钟有效的利用起来，在老师的引导下你会学得飞快，再加上精力集中，动脑思考，一般一堂课下来，课后稍微复习一下就没问题了。
三、课后的归纳、整理
我们经常发现周围的一些同学平时没怎么见他下功夫学习，但他就是学得好，有时与他交流，你却发现他对某些问题掌握的很透彻，为什么呐？主要是因为他注意课后的归纳。因为我们上课时是完全跟着老师的思路走的，所以每上完一节课后，如果你再花点时间建立一些从自己的知识平台上与老师的知识平台的联系，在自己原有基础上去了解现在所学的知识，让它逐渐变得扎实、透彻，那么你的学习会轻松很多。
四、良好的学习习惯是学好大学英语的关键
习惯的力量是伟大的，有时候我们不知不觉便做了某些事，完全非意识，但又理所当然，就好像有些句子我们不懂，生单词很多，语法知识也不清晰，但是仍然把题目做对了，为什么?语感，也可以说是习惯。建议大家，从现在开始，立即制定一个切实可行的学习计划，久而久之它就成为你的一种习惯，英语水平在不断的辛勤积累中自然而然地迅速提高。比如说，保持每天的英语早读40分钟，中午插空记几个单词，自习时间把自己今天所学的语法点、词汇点、分析方法总结归纳一下，晚上睡前，可以再写一篇英语小短文，不要求质量有多高，只要将自己今天所学知识运用进去就好。如果有兴趣的话，可以进行一下英语句式的变换，语态转换，短语的替代的训练。这样，你不但可以迅速提高英语成绩，还培养了一种对英语的兴趣，甚至以后英语就成为你的一大特长，成为立足社会取得事业成功的重要砝码。
据科学研究表明，人在半饥饿及临近睡眠之前是记忆力最好的时候，所以要充分利用。早上、中午、晚上的这种时候不要浪费。要利用零散时间，不必须用成块的时间去背单词。将来走向社会工作时，更不会每天都有长时间的空闲去背单词，甚至造成好多事情都来不及解决。所以，在大学学习期间要养成好的.习惯，利用零散的时间去做事。如果能有效地加以充分利用零散时间，就能积少成多，完成你从前无法实现的事情。
五、具有良好的学习心态是提高学习效率的保障
良好的心态会让你的学习生活快乐很多，同时也能提高你的学习效率。学习英语这种语言类的学科，不能求快，因为语言类学科很大程度上需要要有一种水滴石穿的精神，必须一点一点慢慢积累，经过一个学期或者一年的积累，你的成绩便会从量变逐步有了质的飞跃。所以把心态放正、放稳，心平气和的踏实学习，以学位乐，英语成绩自然就会提高。

She wants her to marry a rich man and live a life in the upper class in the future. The story begins here. Because of the different classes and concepts, this love is very tortuous However, the ending of the story is satisfactory.
Read this book: I despise enisabers mother very much. She is so snobbish and money worship. Human happiness and marriage are not mainly determined by money, but must be based on emotion. In addition, I think the authors literary achievements are very high. Using a small town to epitomize the whole Britain is a very good writing skill and ability.

First of all,this is movie is my all-time favorite,out of all the hundreds of films I have seen.However,every time I mention this film,I have to answer most people's quizzical looks with "It's a beautiful little 80s film that stayed in the 80s."
After seeing it for the 24th time since I first saw it 5 years ago,on my 13th birthday,I can gladly say that this movie went far and beyond the 80s,and the power and inspiration of the message can be felt every day.Dead Poets Society is a most underrated film by a most underrated director whose inspiring,uplifting and moral tales firmly grounded in reality are not nearly as appreciated as they should be.Here,we see one of his very personal and cradled projects,and he shows the visual style and concentration on characters in which he is so affluent.His control of the camera and the characters are very strong and very smooth.
The cinematography is near perfect,with every shot,along with the editing,seamless.Also very compelling are the color-tones in every scene,perfectly matching the mood and events of the scene.Could you say this is art?Absolutely.Then we have the performances.Robin Williams continues in stride as one who has to-date remained the most touching,heart-wrenching,awe-inspiring comedians with inarguable acting talent (he still remains my most favorite performer on the film screen).His Professor John Keating is a man who embodies every professor who you thought was cool and respectable,every person who taught or enlightened you in something out of the ordinary.In fact - dare I say it?- he teaches something EXTRAORDINARY!We have the tragically underrated Robert Sean Leonard in his role as the free-thinking catalyst student Neil.Why is this man not a household name/Hollywood heavyweight?His roles are always full of inspiration,energy,and tragic emotion that never fail to move an audience.His role in this movie is fresh,unhindered,and never pretentious as the cautionary tale of the movie.And then we have Ethan Hawke in one of his earliest roles as the point-of-view character.The entire supporting cast is very strong,also,providing the foundation and serve as the various emotional ties that further involve us in the story.
Josh Charles's role as Knox Overstreet is a role that almost all guys can relate to wholeheartedly.And of course,all the actors who are in that Dead Poets Society do a fine job.And lastly,the story.I won't summarize it since it's been summarized many times here,but I will say that it is one of the best coming of age stories for not only adolescents,but anyone.I have personally heard from nine-to-fivers who were inspired by this movie to change the situations of their jobs,careers,relationships for the better.I first saw this movie when I was 13,and immediately stamped,crowned and elevated this movie as my all-time favorite.Now that I am 18 and living on my own,with very different concerns than back then,I turn back to this movie over and over again,to find inspiration,solace and of course,entertainment.It is still my all-time favorite,and it still inspires me to seize the day and make my life extraordinary.

It seems to me that many readers' English reading experience starts with Jane Eyer. I am of no exception. 因此，我们可以通过对话教学，激发和培养学生的英语学习兴趣，并保持他们的学习兴趣，做到与中学英语的有机衔接。
针对小学英语对话教学中的存在的问题，我们认为对话教学可采用整体呈现法，把一篇对话作为一个整体来教学，保持对话的连贯性、趣味性和逻辑性；分层教学法，把对话分为几个小段，逐步突破，从而达到学习目标；创设情境法，在对话教学时，对于学生较难理解的新单词或新句型，创设较为真实的'情境进行教学，突破难点以后，再进行整个的对话教学。
总之，研究小学英语对话教学呈现方法，精彩导入，是成功的一半，成功的导入是教学成功的重要催化剂，恰当精妙的导入能使教学收到意想不到的效果。

对于我们英语老师来说，英语阅读教学，本来就是件难事，针对小学生，就是难上加难。英语阅读教学基本可分为三个部分：读前活动（Pre—reading），阅读中活动（While—reading），读后活动（Post—reading）。在鲍校精彩的英语课中，我见证了课堂艺术的魅力。整节课堂，诙谐有趣，引人入胜，课堂笑声不断。鲍校长上的课是Seasons。通过和学生谈论天气引入课题，而且贴近学生生活，真实自然语境的创设充分调动起学生参与的积极性和参与热情，使学生畅所欲言。在教学中，通过情景创设引导学生学习语言，通过师生信息交流、多媒体设备的辅助，在此环境中学生利用了各种工具和信息资源，来达到自己的学习目标。鲍校长在课堂教学过程的整体作用是协调、促进和指导。整一节课创造了一种积极宽松的气氛让学生得以充分调动、充分发挥，使学生感受到自信、充实、体验到学习的乐趣，并且完成了阅读教学目标。
